First day of shooting
Today was my first leg in my journey. I woke up at 4:30 am to
get the morning light to optimize the outcomes of my images. However the sun
had risen well before I got to my destination, so by the time I got to St Bees
on the west coast it had been out an hour. Even though the light wasn’t perfect,
it did provide some nice shadows that can be seen in the images of the trailers.
So from today’s shooting I did St Bees to just before
Ennerdale Bridge. Even though today’s effort didn’t take me very far (18 miles)
I was able to figure out what sort of speed I need to shoot at and how long I
should allow myself to have per location that I like, so in that respect it was
very successful .
St Bee’s and Ennerdale Bridge 18 Miles
